About the Role
Pandanus Workforce is currently seeking experienced Hook and Skip Bin Truck Drivers to join our Darwin operations. This is a great opportunity to work with a trusted workforce partner, servicing a range of commercial and residential clients across the Top End.
You’ll be responsible for the safe and timely delivery, pick-up, and placement of bins across sites in the Darwin metro area. This is steady local work, so you’ll be home every night – ideal for operators looking for consistency, work-life balance, and a solid team environment.
Key Responsibilities

Operate hook lift and skip bin trucks safely and efficiently

Deliver and collect bins to and from various sites across Darwin

Complete daily pre-starts and maintain cleanliness of vehicle

Maintain accurate documentation and work within route schedules
-
Uphold site safety standards and follow all road regulations
What We’re Looking For

Valid HR or HC Licence
-
Proven experience with hook lift and/or skip bin operations
-
A strong safety record and commitment to compliance

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work

Good customer service and communication skills
