Pandanus Workforce is currently seeking experienced Final Trim Excavator Operators for an immediate start on a high-profile Defence base project in Darwin. If you’re confident on the levers, have a strong attention to detail, and take pride in delivering precise work, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Operating 30-tonne excavators across a large-scale civil and infrastructure environment

Performing detailed final trim work to specification using GPS or laser
-
Assisting in trenching, bulk earthworks, detailed excavation and backfilling
-
Working in a safety-focused environment adhering to Defence base protocols
-
Supporting the team and supervisors to meet project deadlines
What We’re Looking For:
-
Proven experience operating 30T excavators in civil construction or Defence projects
-
Final trim experience (GPS and/or laser preferred)
-
White Card & Excavator ticket (RIIMPO320 or equivalent)
-
National Police Clearance or ability to obtain one for Defence access
-
High regard for safety, professionalism, and team collaboration
