We’re on the lookout for a driven and dynamic Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Darwin team. This role is made for someone who thrives in a target-driven, fast-paced environment and brings deep industry knowledge and established networks to the table.
You’ll be responsible for managing the full 360° recruitment process — from business development and client engagement to candidate sourcing, onboarding, and ongoing account management. Your ability to build strong client relationships, understand operational workforce needs, and deliver fast, high-quality placements will be critical to your success.
As a senior member of our team, you’ll also play a key role in mentoring junior consultants, influencing strategy, and contributing to the growth of our brand across the Northern Territory. You’ll be given the autonomy to run your desk like it’s your own business, supported by a leadership team that values innovation, accountability, and high performance.

- Proven experience in blue-collar/trades recruitment or Labour hire, preferably within construction, infrastructure, or renewables
- Extensive networks and local market knowledge across Darwin and the Northern Territory
- Highly KPI- and target-driven mindset with a strong track record of success
- Confidence in managing both client and candidate relationships with integrity and urgency
- Self-motivation, resilience, and a passion for connecting people with opportunity
