We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Infrastructure Leading Hand with over 3 years of proven experience working across Tier 1 and Tier 2 organisations. If you are passionate about contributing to large-scale civil projects and thrive in dynamic environments, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise civil infrastructure teams on various projects, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and allocating resources to meet project milestones and deadlines
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance throughout all project stages
- Collaborate with site supervisors and project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Provide hands-on support in construction tasks, mentoring team members and promoting a positive, team-oriented culture
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that arise
- Ensure adherence to environmental and safety regulations in line with company and client standards
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a leading hand role within the civil infrastructure sector
- Experience working across Tier 1 and Tier 2 organisations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
- Solid understanding of civil construction practices, including earthworks, drainage, and roadworks
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of safety and compliance standards in civil construction
- Relevant qualifications and certifications (e.g., White Card, First Aid, etc.)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
